I recentely received a flyer in the post inviting me to apply for a loan, When I looked to see the rates of interest it was a Whopping 27%APR! Anyone taking this high interest loan out would need to seek medical treatment. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

I was sent a credit card invitation from Vanquis (Vanquis Bank Ltd)
Their interest rates were....45.2%APR!!!!!!!!!!
My question is who ever actually has one of these cards and why would they with such a high interest rate. And who are they, as I have never heard of them... Has anyone else???? Question Rolling Eyes
